Designation Courses
GRI-III Designation Course and mandatory pre-requisite HP - 10B-II Calculator Workshop
Scheduled for October 13, 14, 15, 19, 21, and 22, 2010 at the AAABoR office.
The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS® with the GRI Designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.
HP - 10B-II Calculator Workshop

(a GRI-III pre-requisite)
When: October 13, 2010
Time: 1:00 - 5:00 pm
Where: Ann Arbor Area Board of REALTORS®, 1919 W. Stadium Blvd.
Cost: $40 (for MAR members)
Students are responsible to bring/purchase their own HP - 10BII Calculator

GRI-III Designation Course

The GRI-III also provides 30 hours toward a Broker License and 3 hours Fair Housing credit.

Time: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (registration 7:30 am on October 14, 2010)
Where: Ann Arbor Area Board of REALTORS®, 1919 W. Stadium Blvd.
Cost: $410 for MAR members who register online (a savings of $15)
Register now through the Michigan Association of REALTORS® for the GRI-III course. Registrations MUST be received by October 7, 2010.
*Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be granted if requests are received prior to two weeks in advance of the first day of the event. All refund requests must be received in writing or called in the MAR Office. Requests for refunds received less than two weeks prior to the first day of the event will be honored excluding a processing fee equal to $20. No refunds will be made for requests received within 72 hours prior to the event. In addition, the MAR will not transfer registration fees from one course to another. Students who register for a class and find they are unable to attend for any reason, will receive a refund subject to the cancellation policy.

CompuTaught designs and develops courses for delivery on the computer. They are courses were the first courses on the computer approved for real estate licensing in any state.
