Real Estate License Renewal Information
- Only courses that begin with the letter "L" count toward renewal.
- No credit for duplicate courses (those with the same number following the "L").
- Courses that begin K5xxx provide credit toward the state mandated Legal Update.

Career WebSchool
The Ann Arbor Area Board of REALTORS® has partnered with Career WebSchool to offer online real estate and appraisal courses, including pre-licensing courses for both real estate agents and brokers.
Career WebSchool offers Thompson CompuTaught courses. CompuTaught designs and develops courses for deliver on the computer. CompuTaught courses were the first courses on the computer approved for real estate licensing in any state.State of Michigan Real Estate License Links
