Members of the Governmental Affairs Committee interviewed 11 candidates from Districts 52 - 55 running for the office of State Representative on May 23 and 24.

Four candidates, chosen to best represent the REALTOR® position in protecting private property owner's rights and the real estate industry, were recommended for endorsement. The Board of Directors and the Michigan Realtors® RPAC Trustee Committee approved the recommendations, and RPAC funds were provided for their campaigns. Michigan REALTORS® public policy staff works closely with elected officials providing them insight on issues which affect the real estate industry. The four candidates are Donna Lasinski (D), Michigan House of Representatives Candidate, District 52, Yousef Rabhi (D), Michigan House of Representatives Candidate, District 53, Ronnie Peterson (D), Michigan House of Representatives Candidate, District 54, and Adam Zemke (incumbent) (D), Michigan House of Representatives Candidate, District 55.
