As the market gets busier this spring, be prepared to encounter more SentriLock® boxes on listings. This handy SentriLock Agent Tips guide can help answer any SentriLock® questions you may have and gives you a quick trouble-shooting guide for when boxes aren't working properly.
Helpful tips include:
- The SentriSmart mobile app is available for SentriLock® subscribers and makes it easy to access codes, remove box shackles, customize settings and more, all from your mobile device.
- If a box is non-responsive, try waking it up by inserting something into the card slot or hold down the "ENTER" key.
- If you experience issues with the SentriSmart app, log-out of the app. Completely close out of the app and re-open.
- If you forgot your card or didn't renew it and are at the listing, you can either use the SentriSmart app to get a code for the box, or call the SentriLock helpline, 513-618-5800, to get a renewal code for your card.
