Cost: $25 per bowler, $10 per non-bowler (includes pizza and pop). Bowlers get two games of bowling, shoe rental, pizza, pop and chances to win prizes. Cash bar available.

You may refuse to contribute without reprisal or otherwise impacting your membership rights. For individuals investing $1,000.00 or greater, up to 30% of this total investment may be forwarded to the National Association of REALTORS® RPAC. All amounts forwarded to the National Association of REALTORS® RPAC are charged against the applicable contribution limits under 52 U.S.C. 30016.

Nothing herein shall be construed as a solicitation of contributions from non-members. RPAC 2 may, however, receive unsolicited contributions from non-members. Contributions from a corporation or others who may not legally be solicited for RPAC, may make contributions to RPAC 2 (the REALTORS® ballot issue committee). A copy of the federal report, filed by National RPAC with the Federal Election Commission, is available for purchase from the Federal Election Commission, Washington D.C.20463. State reports are filed with the Michigan Secretary of State, Elections Division, Lansing, Michigan.

Instructor: Rick Conley, President, Real Estate Education Services, Inc.

Certified for 15 hours of continuing education credit (2 hours legal and 13 hours elective CE credits)

Cost: $195 AAABoR members, $225 non-members

Registration deadline: Tuesday, March 15

Please note the attendance policy: If more than 15 minutes late arriving on either day (or returning from lunch), a makeup session must be scheduled prior to receiving any certificate of completion.

How to Earn Your SRS Designation:

1. Successful completion of the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designation Course.
2. Successful completion of one SRS elective course. (Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA course satisfies the elective requirement)
3. Documentation of five (5) completed Seller Representation transactions according to SRS requirements.
4. Maintain active membership status with SRS* and NAR.


*SRS annual dues: $99/year (waived for the first year)

All requirements must be completed within two years after successfully completing the SRS course.
